Bar None Auction is a leading auction company specializing in the sale of heavy equipment, commercial trucks, and industrial assets throughout the Western United States. With multiple operating facilities and a growing footprint, we are seeking a Corporate Pilot to support executive travel and company flight operations.


Flight Operations Overview


 




  • Aircraft: 2026 Epic E1000 AX Turbine Aircraft


  • Home Base: MHR – Mather Airport, Sacramento, CA


  • Operation Type: Part 91, Corporate


  • Typical Missions: Northern California, Central California, Southern California, Oregon, and Nevada


  • Crew Configuration: Single-pilot operations (PIC)


Position Summary


The Corporate Pilot is responsible for the safe, compliant, and professional operation of Bar None Auction’s company aircraft, as well as the day-to-day management of the aircraft itself. This role requires strong aeronautical judgment, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to independently manage flight operations, maintenance coordination, and vendor relationships.


The pilot will work directly with executive leadership and serve as the primary point of contact for all aviation-related matters.


Key Flight Responsibilities


 




  • Safely operate the company aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer guidance, and company policies


  • Conduct thorough preflight, inflight, and postflight procedure


  • Plan and execute flights including weather analysis, routing, fuel planning, and risk assessment


  • Coordinate flight scheduling and trip logistics


  • Maintain accurate flight logs, records, and operational documentation


  • Ensure a professional, discreet, and safe experience for executive passengers and guests


Aircraft Management & Oversight Responsibilities


 




  • Serve as the primary manager of the company aircraft


  • Coordinate all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance with approved service providers


  • Track and manage inspections, service intervals, ADs, and compliance items


  • Maintain aircraft records, logbooks, and maintenance documentation


  • Coordinate hangar arrangements, fuel programs, insurance requirements, and training schedules


  • Liaise with insurance providers, maintenance facilities, FBOs, and training organizations as needed


  • Ensure the aircraft is maintained to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and readiness


Minimum Requirements


 




  • FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate – Single Engine Land


  • Instrument Rating (IFR)


  • First or Second-Class FAA Medical Certificate


  • Minimum 500 hours of turbine time


  • Strong understanding of Part 91 corporate operations


  • Must live within 1-hour drivable commute to MHR airport


  • Must be able to pass DOT/FAA drug screening, and background checks and submit to random drug/alcohol tests when required
