Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Epic HB/PB Resolute Analyst to remedy existing contract backlog and implement systems to prevent future contract inaccuracies. This role operates under the direction of the Transformation and Optimization team ensuring alignment, quality, and timely delivery of contract and build corrections and system implementations to ensure an updated build heading into 2026.

Skills and Requirements
7+ years of experience with Epic HB and PB contracts, with a focus on Epic HB contracts
Proficiency in technical build, configuration, maintenance, and production support for Epic HB/PB contracts
In-depth understanding of correcting contract backlogs and loading/maintaining HB/PB contracts
Technical expertise in building contract terms
Experience in conducting necessary testing and providing detailed documentation to ensure contract accuracy and maintain low build variance
Active Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Administration Certification
Active Epic Resolute Professional Billing Administration Certification - emphasis on Epic Resolute HB experience null
