• Founded 40 yrs ago by Dr Ginger Price (one of top cosmetic dentists on US west coast) & now led by Dr Colleen Donnelly, DMD, FAGD (ranked top 1%). Privately owned, single location boutique
• Practice exudes luxury & sophistication, using latest technology & equipment to deliver notch quality of care & service. We average 70-80 new patients per month for last 3 years by being ethical, forming genuine connections & giving education
• Treat staff like family & patients like friends. We have several visiting specialists (oral surgeons, periodontist & endodontist) & our own master ceramist 
• Fee For Service & only in network with Delta Premier, so your values should align with this model & prefers QUALITY over quantity.

Role Overview

• Lead coordination of treatment with care & compassion 
• Own patient flow, ensure appts efficiently arranged & schedule is prepared in advance
• Collaborate closely with providers to ensure seamless coordination of care 

Qualifications

• Required: 5 yrs min in Treatment Coordinator role
• Strong in Dentrix. Advanced knowledge of cosmetic & oral surgery is BIG PLUS

Schedule

• Mon to Thurs 8am-5pm, every second Friday 8am-2pm
