Position Overview
DataQuad Inc. is looking for a proactive, tech‑savvy Remote Virtual Assistant to keep our data‑driven team organized and running smoothly. You’ll handle scheduling, inbox management, light research, and other administrative tasks that free up our analysts and engineers to focus on core projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage executives’ calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
* Monitor shared inboxes; draft and respond to routine correspondence
* Prepare and format documents, slide decks, and basic reports
* Conduct internet research and compile data for quick decision‑making
* Maintain cloud files, task boards, and internal databases
* Coordinate virtual events, webinars, and team stand‑ups
* Support ad‑hoc projects as needed (e.g., light bookkeeping, CRM updates)
Qualifications
* 2+ years of virtual assistant or administrative experience (tech or data company preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom
* Familiarity with project‑management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com)
* Superb organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to self‑manage in a remote environment
* Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet home office setup
