We are seekinga Medical Laboratory Technician to join Q2Solutions, IQVIA's laboratory businessat Valencia, CA.

This role provides intermediate technical expertise to develop, maintain, and test Laboratory Data Management systems and data extraction tools to support clinical trial workflows and ensure data accuracy for internal and external clients.
What you'll be doing: - Perform and document analytical procedures in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct routine data analysis, identifying potential errors and escalating to senior lab personnel.
- Prepare data analysis results for upload to LIMS system under guidance of senior staff.
- Assist in quality investigations, deviations, and resolutions.
- Prepare buffers and solutions for analysis as required.
- Guide entry-level staff on routine procedures and support onboarding of new hires.
- Perform calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and assist with training lab personnel.
- Communicate clearly and timely with cross-functional stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For: - Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Some CAP/CLIA lab locations may require a degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, medical laboratory technology, or cytotechnology).
- 6 months experience in a regulated laboratory environment preferred.
- Proficiency with relevant laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
- Good computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Other equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- California Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) License required.
The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role: - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.
- Strong project and task management capabilities to meet deadlines and deliverables
- Proficiency in laboratory terminology and regulatory standards including FDA, GLP, ICH, ISO HL7
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $41,400.00 - $103,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
