What You'll Do:

• Greet patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Answer phones and schedule appointments with care
• Assist with insurance verification, claims, and submissions
• Manage contact lens inventory and assist with patient training for new wearers
• Prepare patients for their appointments using specialized equipment, and accurately enter data into health records
• Support a team that values organization, communication, and exceptional service
