About the Role:
We are not looking for a regular designer. We are looking for a visionary, someone who can translate elite taste into stunning, memorable visuals.
You will become the visual architect of our brands. From cigar bands and luxury packaging to restaurant menus, merchandise, digital campaigns, and full brand identities — every pixel you design must evoke power, beauty, exclusivity, and legacy.

• Experienced working directly with founders, CEOs, or luxury clients

Responsibilities:
• Design brand identities for new and existing luxury businesses
• Develop cigar packaging (bands, boxes, labels) and retail branding
• Create restaurant menus, luxury T-shirt and polo graphics, merchandise, and print
• Build stunning investor decks, brand books, and digital presentations
• Lead visual design for new cigar lounges, from concept to experience
• Work closely with the Chairman to align on strategic vision
• Oversee and maintain high-end creative consistency across all channels

Must-Have Experience:
• Proven portfolio in luxury brand design (fashion, spirits, cigars, hospitality, or similar)
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Deep understanding of typography, print production, packaging, and branding
• Ability to work across digital, print, and merchandise formats
• Global mindset with cultural sensitivity in design aesthetics

• Have designed for premium cigars, whiskey brands, or luxury hotels
• Have 3D, animation, motion, or architectural rendering skills
• Can direct photography and video art direction
• Have led a brand from concept to global recognition
