Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Sales Development Representative fluent in English and Spanish. This role is pivotal in expanding our customer base and ensuring our services effectively reach and support Spanish-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound communications in both English and Spanish.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities, understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Articulate BasicBlock's value proposition clearly to diverse audiences.
• Utilize CRM tools (i.e., HubSpot) to track interactions and sales progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
