We are looking for an experienced HCM/HRIS Consultant to implement, configure, and support Human Capital Management systems. The consultant will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to optimize HR processes and ensure effective system usage.
Implement, configure, and support HCM / HRIS platforms (Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, etc.)
Gather and analyze HR business requirements
Configure Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Talent modules
Provide system testing, UAT, and go-live support
Develop reports, dashboards, and data extracts
Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
Provide end-user training and documentation
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance
Strong functional knowledge of HCM / HRIS systems
Experience with Core HR processes
Understanding of payroll, benefits, and talent management
Data reporting and analysis skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
