Wrecker / Tow Truck Driver – Kahlig Automotive Group

We are looking for a wrecker driver!  

A great applicant will possesses good mechanical skills along with knowing the difference between front wheel drive, rear wheel drive and all-wheel drive vehicles.  Our drivers understand the importance of providing an excellent customer experience at a time when the customer is in need.

Responsibilities

• Towing services offered to Kahlig Automotive Group customers during normal business hours.
• Perform jump starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, towing and recovery.
• Load and unload vehicles from transport truck by use of winch, chains, blocks, electric controls, etc.
• Operate company equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Hook up and transportation of medium and light duty vehicles utilizing the supplied equipment and towing vehicle.
• Experienced in a wide variety of tow equipment.
• Assist in overhauling the tow equipment on all company owned trucks.
• Maintain and assure good operating condition of all tow equipment and facilities.

Qualifications

• Wrecker Driving Experience: 1 year
• Must pass a background and drug screen
• Driver’s License
