- Prior experience on similar Workday Recruiting projects
- Experience with Workday Prism strongly preferred
- Experience with modules connected to Workday Recruiting
- Strong ability to communicate with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical configurations
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced project environment

Exposure to or experience with Workday Compensation (light touch work related to comp plans may be available)
