Position: Workday HCM Systems/Business Analyst

Duration: 6+ months

Location: Remote

Overview:
Client needs a strong Workday HCM Systems/Business Analyst who can bridge HR business processes with Workday configuration. This person will work directly with HR stakeholders to analyze issues, map business processes, and ensure Workday workflows operate as intended.

Key Requirements:

• Deep understanding of Workday HCM business processes, including how they are triggered, configured, and maintained.
• Ability to map business processes and collaborate with departments to translate business needs into Workday configurations.
• Experience troubleshooting scenarios where business processes loaded from Workday Launch fail or behave inconsistently.
• Ability to modify triggers dependent on specific data fields.
  • Example: Seniority date logic based on seniority hours.
• Strong understanding of HR workflows and HCM workflows.
• Ability to interpret data requirements and execute workflow logic accurately.
• Prior experience working directly with Workday teams and HR departments.

Ideal Consultant Profile:
A Workday HCM-savvy analyst who can not only configure but also advise HR stakeholders, troubleshoot process failures, and build/modify process logic based on business rules.
