Provide accurate information on travel options, pricing, and policies
Assist with itinerary planning, modifications, and cancellations
Deliver outstanding customer service and support throughout the booking process
Stay informed about current travel promotions and industry updates
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or booking services is a plus (not required)
