Tow Truck Driver - Non-CDL (Chauffeur’s License & Recent Experience Required).

SwiftLift Towing & Recovery is expanding and looking for experienced professional tow truck drivers to join our team. We are contracted with AAA, providing steady call volume, reliable income, and a professional work environment.

Immediate Need:

We currently have day coverage in place and are specifically hiring drivers available to work nights and/or weekends.

Job Duties:

• Respond promptly to AAA dispatch calls.
• Safely perform light-duty tows, jump starts, tire changes, and lockouts.
• Deliver excellent customer service on every call in line with AAA standards.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and report maintenance issues.
• Use a company-provided tablet/phone for AAA’s dispatch system.

Requirements:

• Valid chauffeur’s license (required).
• Proven experience operating a flatbed tow truck (applications without this will not be considered).
• Valid DOT medical card (or willingness to obtain one before starting).
• Must pass AAA-required background check, MVR, and initial drug screening.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate tow equipment.
• Strong reliability and communication skills.
• Must be dependable and safety-focused at all times.

Compensation:

• Commission-based pay (1099 independent contractor role).
• Bonus opportunities for safety and reliability.
• Average $700 - $1,000 per week, depending on performance and call volume.
