Why you'll love this job

• This job is a member of the Tech Ops Operational Excellence Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
• Responsible for facilitating the development and execution of process improvements utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

What you'll do

• Develops and facilitates cross functional teams in improvement activities that focus on front line leadership within the Tech Ops organization
• Works collaboratively with operational leadership and represented work groups to develop and implement sustainable solutions
• Manages multiple projects and provides regular updates on status and performance against plan
• Must be able to travel to other maintenance locations as required (up to 50% of time)

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Willingness to work different shifts as required
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent training
• 3-5 years of experience leading process improvement projects in maintenance/ production/ heavy industry setting
• Experience working and communicating effectively with multiple levels of management and represented work groups
• Experience in delivering workshop/classroom training
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification 
• Previous Airline Operations experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• ​Ability to manage multiple projects and meet delivery targets
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Good leadership skills
