Pay: DOE Starting at $32 an hour CFY Accepted
Employees in this role are eligible to earn a performance-based bonus of up to $15,000 per year, in addition to their base salary. This bonus is based on individual performance.

Responsibilities - Provide quality speech and language therapy services to pediatric patients, diagnosing and treating various communication disorders.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and execute evidence-based therapy techniques to enhance speech and language skills.
- Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment and facilitate optimal progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant records.
- Participate in team meetings, continuing education opportunities, and professional development activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
Qualifications - Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of North Dakota.
- Clinical competence in evaluating and treating pediatric speech and language disorders.
- Strong knowledge of current therapy techniques, tools, and resources.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and fellow team members.
