Showing Agent Opportunity Who you work with matters. We are looking for a licensed Showing Agent who wants to learn to build a strong foundation in real estate while earning rewarding commissions and gaining consistent experience with buyers throughout Orange County. This opportunity serves as a true stepping stone toward becoming a lead Buyers Agent, giving you the structure, support, and daily activities that create long-term and consistent business. In this position, you will assist with property showings, client communication, and lead follow-up while learning each stage of the sales process. You will collaborate directly with experienced agents and team leaders who provide guidance, systems, and hands-on mentorship so you can build confidence quickly and gain real visibility into how production-focused agents succeed. First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+ This opportunity is ideal for motivated professionals who want to plug into proven models, strengthen their skills, and learn the strategies that help agents build predictable success in real estate. A current real estate license is required. Responsibilities: • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Working Rights in the USA • Must live within daily driving distance of the office About Company: This is an opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams, with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
