We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Bartender's to provide exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will take orders, serve food, and ensure an excellent dining experience with a focus on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include accurate order-taking, timely service, and ensuring all payments are processed correctly.

To excel in this role, a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively under pressure with team members, including bussers, cooks, and other staff, are essential. Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Take food and beverage orders with accuracy and professionalism.

• Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu and provide recommendations.

• Ensure guests are satisfied with their meals, promptly addressing any concerns.

• Process payments accurately and efficiently.

• Assist food preparation staff when needed.

• Prepare and serve desserts.

Server Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

• Positive attitude and ability to work efficiently under pressure alongside bussers, cooks, and other staff.

• Capable of performing high-quality work independently.

• Proficiency in handling cash and using a point-of-sale system.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders promptly.

Bartender Specific Requirements:

• 21 years or older.
• Prior bartending experience (1-2 years preferred) in a restaurant or bar setting
• Familiarity with drink recipes, mixing techniques, and alcohol regulations. Understanding of proper serving sizes and responsible alcohol service
• Multitasking: Ability to handle high-pressure situations, serve multiple customers, and maintain focus during busy times
• Teamwork: Working closely with servers, hosts, and other staff to ensure smooth service
• Cleanliness & Organization: Keeping the bar clean and stocked, including glassware, garnishes, and alcohol inventory
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items, such as kegs or cases of alcohol
