  • Direct integration of analytic production between the JIOC, CNMF, and partner DoD/IC organizations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to senior analysts, planners, and intelligence production teams.
  • Coordinate with operational elements to ensure intelligence directly supports planning, targeting, and execution of cyberspace operations.
  • Oversee force development initiatives and training programs that build analytic and operational readiness across the intelligence workforce.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across J2, J3, and partner agencies to align intelligence priorities and synchronize mission support.
  • Support the design and implementation of intelligence fusion processes, tools, and best practices to improve analytic quality and timeliness.
  • Serve as the Deputy Program Manager with responsibility for analytical tradecraft oversight, workforce alignment, and operational continuity.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.

  • Proven collaboration and communication experience with Joint, IC, and interagency partners
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within USCYBERCOM, NSA, or other Combatant Command intelligence components
  • In-depth understanding of the cyberspace operational environment, adversary intent, and analytic production processes
  • Graduate degree in Intelligence, National Security, or Cyber Operations-related field
