What You WIll Do As A Sales Representative:
- Engage with homeowners to introduce our energy-efficient roofing systems and home improvement services, emphasizing the benefits and long-term savings
- Conduct personalized in-home consultations to assess homeowner needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Develop lasting customer relationships through proactive follow-ups, clear communication, and excellent service
- Conduct targeted door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our services within key neighborhoods
- Confidently explain product features, emphasize value, and apply effective negotiation techniques to close sales efficiently
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative strategies for boosting sales performance
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals
We Need A Sales Representative Who:
- Has reliable transportation to our office in Wilmington, DE and within an assigned territory when meeting with homeowners
- Has solid communication skills, with the ability to articulate messages clearly and persuasively
- Is passionate about people and yearning for a career in home improvement
- Has prior experience in sales, canvasing, B2B sales, closing sales, client relations, roofing, sales representative, or home improvement
- Is comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and engaging with diverse populations
- Has excellent customer service and people skills with a knack for understanding customer needs
