Seeking a competent RN capable of practicing independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care, and managing long-term goals.
Responsibilities include assessing patients, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
Administers medications, monitors effects, documents care, and educates patients and families.
Qualifications include a BSN preferred, at least 1 year of related nursing experience, and current RN license and BLS certification.
Additional certifications such as NRP, STABLE, ACLS, and others may be required within specified grace periods.
Work schedule varies; full-time night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM.
