About the Role
We are looking for professionals with experience in leadership, education, coaching, or consulting to step into a Remote Education & Learning Leadership Consultant role. This contractor position is designed for individuals who value flexibility and autonomy while contributing to the development of others.
You will introduce individuals to our leadership and personal development programs, support them in exploring new learning pathways, and help guide their professional growth journey using structured tools and resources.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with individuals exploring education and personal growth opportunities
• Share information about leadership and learning programs through structured presentations
• Provide support during onboarding and training stages
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up records
• Participate in professional development and training sessions
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in education, leadership, coaching, or consulting
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
• Interest in lifelong learning and supporting others’ growth
