Responsibilities:
- Administering infusions to patients.
- Assessing patient condition and vital signs.
- Monitoring patient response to treatment.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Managing medication inventory and supplies.
- Educating patients and families about infusion therapy.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and infection control measures.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of two years of infusion experience.
- Oncology infusion experience.
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Previous travel nursing experience.
Special Considerations:
- 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday schedule with options for 4 ten-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) or 5 eight-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM).
- 2025-2026 flu vaccine required (attestation of intent to receive prior to start is acceptable).
- Candidates cannot have worked for any Beth Israel facility (permanent, travel, or PRN) within the past six months.
- Submission of a BILH Cover Sheet is required.
Scheduling:
- 40 hours per week.
