The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department is responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in the emergency setting. This includes patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as at least two years of experience in an emergency department.

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Assist in emergency situations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience.
- COVID-19 vaccination.

Special Considerations:
- Travel assignment.
- No on-call responsibilities.
Scheduling:
- 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
- 36 guaranteed hours per week.
- Contract duration: 13 weeks.
