Responsibilities: • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Present yourself in a professional manner • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Can spend a large amount of time driving • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Sales experience About Company: Keller Williams — Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
