For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ Rate: $65 - $80 / hr. w2 **Responsibilities:** As a React Mobile Engineer you will join a small team tasked with recreating the existing feature set in a new React Native codebase. Established coding patterns, best practices, tooling, frameworks, and reusable components are already in place from similar previous efforts. Using the existing codebase for reference, you will rebuild the same functionality in React Native. In addition to coding, you will be responsible for creating documentation, implementing observability, and adhering to established best practices and organizational standards. **Experience Requirements:** + 5+ years of experience in software development + 3+ years of experience in mobile development + 2+ years of hands-on experience with React Native + Proven experience contributing to software project delivery + Knowledge of software testing, quality assurance, and automated solutions testing + Experience maintaining and debugging live applications **Education Requirements:** + Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related - preferred not required _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
