Duties to be Performed : Must be able to perform multiple, varying, and complex assignments to assist in the development and promulgation of policies under the minimal direction of the organization. The breadth and depth of the identified support area will vary and encompass communication throughout the organizational unit and/or team. The identified support area will also vary across units/teams. Must be able to generate materials to deliver a variety of communications, messaging, and complex NAS related information across a wide variety of stakeholders. Conducts research, evaluations, analyses, and studies, and presents recommendations/solutions related to short and long-term program planning requirements. Specific expertise may be required in configuration management, Earned Value Management, financial management, cost estimation, or risk management. Collaboration may be internal and external to the customer and may include senior management, industry, and various stakeholders to enhance the ability of the Federal Aviation Administration. Specific expertise may be required in configuration management, or risk management. Communicates results to all levels internally and externally as directed. Plays a lead role in drafting, reviewing, and editing reports or documents for final approval prior to distribution. Presents briefings, coordinates significant technical matters with representatives as needed. Qualifications - B achelor's Degree in any field. 5 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree. Master's Degree or MBA in related field may be substituted for Bachelor's degree and 3 years’ experience.
