We’re seeking a dependable, hands-on Production Assistant to support our production team. If you're detail-oriented, technically inclined, and ready to learn, this is a great opportunity to grow with a global leader in surface hardening technology.

What You’ll Do

You'll assist with day-to-day operations in our production facility. You'll support the daily operations of our production facility. After hands-on training, you’ll be able to perform key tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading furnaces
• Performing quality checks and visual inspections
• Cleaning and packing customer parts
• Receiving and logging incoming materials
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment
• Entering job details into our ERP system

As you gain experience, you’ll also learn to:

• Use our QMS and ERP systems effectively
• Support production planning and scheduling
• Perform basic maintenance and equipment repairs
• Perform basic lab work
• Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables
• Participate in quality and process improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude or prior experience in a production or manufacturing role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own tasks
• Eager to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities
• Basic computer skills: experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Reliable transportation to and from our Twinsburg facility
• High school diploma or GED required

Work Schedule

• Part-time (with potential for full-time in the future)
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 11 AM (occasional weekends, as needed)
