Location: Hybrid (Seattle, WA)

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Agency Producer to help bring big ideas to life — on time, on budget, and on brand. This is the connective tissue role that keeps creative momentum moving: translating strategy into execution, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring every deliverable — from campaign shoots to content drops — hits the highest standard of craft and clarity.

You’ll work across brand, design, content, and production teams to make ideas real — with a mix of logistical rigor, creative taste, and calm under pressure.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead production for campaigns, shoots, social content, and brand initiatives from concept through delivery

  • Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and crew — ensuring quality and efficiency at every step

  • Act as the operational bridge between creative, strategy, and client teams

  • Source and manage talent (photographers, directors, editors, stylists, influencers, etc.)

  • Oversee post-production workflows, including editing, color, sound, and asset delivery

  • Anticipate risks, solve problems before they surface, and keep all stakeholders aligned

  • Support new business and creative development with cost estimates, schedules, and production insight

What You Bring

  • 3–7 years of experience producing in an agency, studio, or content-driven environment

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-disciplinary teams

  • Deep understanding of the creative process across video, photo, design, and digital

  • Strong vendor network and negotiation skills

  • Mastery of production tools and systems (e.g. Airtable, Asana, Smartsheet, or ClickUp)

  • Calm, collaborative energy — with a knack for keeping chaos organized and creativity protected

Nice to Have

  • Experience with social-first or influencer-driven content production

  • Familiarity with creative technology (AI tools, AR filters, interactive design, etc.)

  • Background in post-production or brand campaign management

  • Passion for culture, design, and storytelling
