Job Description

We are seeking experienced PRN/Part-Time Skilled Nurses (RN or LPN) to join our team. This role is ideal for nurses looking for flexible scheduling and meaningful one-on-one patient care. You will provide a variety of skilled nursing services in the home setting, including IV therapy, wound care, drain care, and patient/caregiver education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform IV therapy/infusion services (antibiotics, hydration, etc.) including monitoring and documentation.
• Provide wound care and dressing changes per physician orders.
• Manage and monitor drainage systems (e.g., PleurX, peritoneal drains, JP drains).
• Conduct skilled nursing assessments and document findings in EMR.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication, infection control, and health maintenance.
• Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team as needed.
• Follow agency policies, procedures, and Ohio Board of Nursing standards.

Qualifications:

• Active RN/LPN-IV license in the State of Ohio.
• Current CPR certification.
• Negative TB skin test/chest X-ray.
• 1+ year of nursing experience (home health, hospital, or infusion preferred).
• Strong skills in IV therapy, wound care, and post-surgical care.
• Excellent communication and patient teaching abilities.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Schedule & Compensation:

• PRN/Part-Time — flexible scheduling (weekdays/weekends as available).
