Packaging & Manufacturing Associate:

Join a growing team that plays a vital role in producing high-quality over-the-counter (OTC) drug products. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep packaging lines running smoothly by replenishing materials and reporting any shortages or issues.
• Support the manufacturing and packaging of OTC drug products.
• Verify correct product selection and component quantities to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support production goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous factory or manufacturing experience preferred (but not required).
• Familiarity with material handling and manufacturing equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout your shift.

• Comfortable working with numbers to count, and track materials accurately during production.
• Able to read, write, and follow instructions to complete tasks safely and correctly.
• Hands-on learner who enjoys working on their feet and gaining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
