Job Description
Are you the kind of person who lights up around animals? Do your friends describe you as responsible, nurturing, and deeply committed ? Are you looking for meaningful part-time work that feels more like joy than a job?
Walkadoodles & Whiskers, Charleston’s soon-to-be premier pet concierge service, is searching for the crème de la crème of Pet Sitters. We are building the best team in the Low-country—professionals who truly love what they do and who value quality, consistency, and compassion.

We are hiring for the following specialized roles:
- Dog Walkers: (15–30 minute walks; occasional 1-hour visits)
- Drop-In Pet Sitters: (15–30 minute visits to feed, play, and provide general care)
- Overnight Pet Sitters: (12-hour overnight stays in clients’ homes + 2 short visits the next day)
We offer competitive pay that exceeds industry standards. Specific rates will be discussed during the interview process. We also provide a holiday bonus pay structure to reward your commitment during peak times.

- Caregivers (for kids, elderly, or adults)
- Alternatively, anyone with a strong history of caring for humans and pets alike
This is not a “pick-up-when-you-want” side gig. We’re looking for people who value commitment, want to grow with us, and understand the privilege of being trusted by someone’s beloved family member.
