We’re looking for a Plaintiff’s Pre-Litigation/Pre-Suit Case Manager with at least two years of Florida law experience who can hit the ground running from day one. This is a full-time position at our Tampa office. We work on-site Monday through Thursday, and the option to work from home on Fridays. We also offer a strong benefits package, including: • 401(k) matching • Health insurance • Paid time off • Parental leave Responsibilities: As a Pre-Litigation Case Manager, you will be responsible for opening files, client communications, medical management, requesting records and bills, adjuster communications, preparing demands, negotiating medical bills, and preparing closing statements. No intake responsibilities in this role. Specific Responsibilities • Manage a pre-litigation caseload under the guidance and supervision of a partner attorney • Maintain regular communication with clients and carefully review medical records to ensure they are following through with recommended treatment • Collaborate with medical providers and insurance adjusters to support case progress • Prepare comprehensive demand packages, assist with negotiations, and finalize cases by preparing closing statements and negotiating medical balances The person in this position will have growth opportunities within a fantastic, collaborative culture. Qualifications: Job Requirements • Minimum of two years as a Plaintiff’s Pre-Litigation/Pre-Suit Case Manager in Florida • Strong technical skills: experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat strongly preferred • Attention to detail is essential • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English) • Effective interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, attorneys, and external parties • Values: Empathetic, organized, and detail-oriented with a genuine passion for helping the injured.
