Peregrine Team is hiring an Oracle HCM Talent Analyst   to work remotely for a top healthcare facility based in Orange County, CA.  This position is a full-time, contract role with full benefits and competitive pay.

Peregrine Team is hiring an Oracle HCM Talent Analyst to support Operational Excellence initiatives for a leading healthcare facility. In this role, the Analyst will serve as a functional expert for Oracle Talent Talent Management and Succession modules, supporting the design, configuration, validation, and optimization of these systems. The role ensures talent processes are aligned with Oracle-delivered functionality and best practices, enabling scalable, data-driven Talent review and Succession Planning capabilities. 

The Analyst will partner closely with HRIS, Organizational Development (OD), and HR Business Partners, focusing on system assessment and testing, functional clarity, role alignment, reporting accuracy, and end-user experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary functional expert for Oracle Talent and Succession modules.
  • Align all recommendations to Oracle best practices and support functionality. 
  • Lead functional testing and assessment, configuration validation, and design decision. 
  • Collaborate with HRIS, Organizational Development (OD),and HR business partners align talent processes with system capabilities. 
  • Document processes and provide knowledge transfer to ensure proper system adoption and long-term sustainment. 
  • Provide recommendations on leveraging Oracle functionality to achieve operational and talent management objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Talent modules, including Talent Review, Talent Pools, Succession Planning, and Career Development.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, succession planning, and operational workflows.
  • Experience with testing, role-based access validation, and functional configuration.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Experience with Operational Excellence initiatives, process improvement, or change management in a healthcare environment
  • Experience with Oracle implementation projects
