· Pay: $26.32 - $38.17 / hourly
·$5,000 retention bonus + relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis!
LPN Opportunity:
· Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
· Schedule: 3x12, night shift
LPN Responsibilities:
· Provide direct nursing care to residents
· Assist with medication administration and daily treatments
· Support residents with activities of daily living
· Communicate with the care team to ensure resident needs are met
LPN Qualifications:
· Current valid Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
· BLS Certification or ability to obtain
