Job Description
10‑4 Logistics USA seeks a Local CDL‑A Shuttle Driver to operate 100% dry‑van, no‑touch loads on local routes with daily home time. Scheduled shifts are 12 hours on a 4 days on / 4 days off rotation
- Compensation & schedule:
- Starting pay: $22.00/hr (night shift $23.00/hr).
- Minimum starting: $21.00/hr.
- Overtime: Ample overtime available.
- Typical weekly earnings: $800–$1,500 (dependent on hours and overtime).
- Shift pattern: 12‑hour shifts, home daily, 4 on / 4 off rotation.
- Minimum qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL (CDL‑A).
- Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and to pass required drug screening.
- Proficiency in English sufficient for safe vehicle operation and clear communication.
- 12 months of CDL-A Tractor Trailer experience within the last 36 months
