- Day Shift : 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift : 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a PRN basis in Salem, NJ. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering quality healthcare services while working closely with our patients and healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or physician.
- Monitor patient health, vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient care and medical records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients.
- Support and educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatments.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid and active LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or nursing setting.
- BLS Certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple tasks.
