Position: Leasing Agent
Work Location: Phoenix, AZ 85035
Payrate: $17 - $18/hr DOE
Duration: 3+ Months role with high chances of extension/conversion
Shift: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm), once trained rotating weekends as well
Dress Code: Business casual
Job Description:
Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available units and highlighting key features.
Assist in the leasing process by preparing lease agreements, processing applications, and conducting background checks.
Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, applications, and lease agreements using property management software.
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address tenant concerns and ensure properties are well-maintained.
Stay informed about local laws and regulations related to leasing and tenant rights, including LIHTC compliance.
Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
Perform data entry tasks to keep tenant files organized and up to date.
Requirements:
Bilingual (English & Spanish) - Required.
Leasing experience - Preferred but not required.
Strong administrative or office services background Required if no leasing experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, email, data entry systems)
