About the Role

At Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions, LLC (IMS), we are in search of a talented Lead-Free Soldering Specialist for our Manchester, NH location. Join a team that values precision and quality.

Your Mission

You will utilize advanced techniques with lead-free, no-clean solder while working under a microscope and with a heat gun. Your expertise in soldering Through-hole, Shielded Cable, and SMT components is crucial.

What You'll Do

  • Follow detailed Visual Aids and pre-set guidelines to complete tasks accurately.
  • Ensure assemblies meet quality standards using quality practices and procedures.
  • Maintain a tidy workspace, reflecting your commitment to precision.
  • Perform independent work while adhering to written instructions during the soldering process.

The Team

  • Collaborate with inter-company personnel.
  • No direct reports.
  • Your decisions will directly impact product quality.

Skills You Bring

  • Formal or on-the-job training specific to soldering duties.
  • Understanding and execution of IPC-610 workmanship standards.
  • Creative and independent problem-solving capability with a high degree of latitude.

Your Background

We look for a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years in the soldering field or related work.

Terms and Benefits

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $22.00 - $28.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), health insurance, and more. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 1:30 pm.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of soldering experience required.
  • Preferred certifications: IPC-610, IPC-JSTD.

Location: In-person in Manchester, NH.
