We are currently seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member who is detail-oriented, motivated, and dedicated to excellence. This role involves providing maintenance services to upscale residential properties.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with 1-2 other team members to deliver landscape maintenance services

• Perform tasks such as mulch installation, bed edging, seasonal planting bed care, property cleanups, annual planting, shrub trimming and pruning, and lawn mowing

• Work in various weather conditions, including light rain, heat, cold, and snow

• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance

• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, regularly lifting up to 50lbs

• Ability to follow directions and work well with a team

• Willingness to learn and grow within the horticulture and landscape industry

• Valid Driver's License

Compensation

$16-$20/hour based on background & experience
