Ingersoll Rand’s IR Next Program will provide recent college graduates with challenging assignments in a variety of finance functional areas, leadership training and valuable exposure to our businesses and our company's senior leaders. Through functional rotations and experience in multiple business locations, selected candidates will be able to build diverse skill sets and strong foundation for a successful and fulfilling career with Ingersoll Rand. The assignments and specialized development curricula are strategically designed to ensure the candidate’s continuous learning and development. Ingersoll Rand’s 24-month rotational program offers candidates who have recently obtained their Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance (or other related field) exposure to a variety of assignments which could include: Cost Accounting, Inventory Management, Budgeting and Planning, Commercial Finance, Financial Analysis, Internal Controls, Project Management and Treasury. The objective of the IR Next program is to develop and grow the participant’s financial and business acumen as well as the leadership skills necessary to prepare them for a role in the Finance organization upon successful completion of the program.
