Job Description

Drake Cooper is on the lookout for a bold, forward-looking Integrated Agency Producer to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

As an Integrated Agency Producer, you’ll be overseeing projects from concept to final delivery. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Director of Integrated Production, creative teams, account teams, clients, and a talented internal crew of makers to bring campaigns to life. Whether it's a broadcast TV spot, social series, podcast, or digital video, you’ll be in the mix producing content across formats and channels.

You'll be the go-to person for production and post-production expertise—managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and expectations with confidence. You know how to triple bid and navigate both union and non-union projects. Most importantly, you bring a calm, collaborative energy to every production.

If you excel in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and are a proactive communicator, problem solver with exceptional organizational skills, have a passion for the production craft, a deep love for great storytelling, and a value for collaboration, curiosity, and kindness, this role is for you.
