Industrial Maintenance Technician – Night Shift

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will use your technical expertise to troubleshoot industrial machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a experience working in a maintenance department or in a manufacturing environment.

Industrial Maintenance Technician rates are anticipated to be around $30 per hour based on each candidates experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Replace or repair defective parts and test machine performance
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely

Qualified Industrial Maintenance Technicians will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• High school diploma required; technical degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience working with HVAC, plumbing, pumping, and mechanical utility systems for an industrial facility.
• Welding, pipefitting, or fabrication experience helpful.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in warm environments.
