Requirements:

• 5+ years of HVAC Experience
• 2+ years of Leadership Experience
• Strong Sales Acumen
• Strong Technical aptitude/QA
• EPA Universal

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee HVAC service operations
• Lead a team of motivated technicians
• Ensure timely completion of projects
• Coordinate with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Conduct Ride-A-Longs
• Quality Assurance
• Customer Service
• Sales Focus
