Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the installation of HVAC systems in custom luxury homes.
- Maintain effective communication with dispatch, management, and technicians.
- Ensure company vehicles are clean and well-maintained.
- Manage inventory and ensure all necessary tools and parts are available.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Assist in obtaining necessary certifications, with company support.
Qualifications
