A house cleaner with The Real House Cleaners of Teas is responsible for delivering high-quality, detailed cleaning services to residential clients with professionalism, reliability, and care. This role involves cleaning, organizing, sanitizing, and maintaining homes according to company standards while providing a positive experience for every client. House cleaners work independently or as part of a team, follow customized cleaning checklists, and maintain a friendly, solution-focused attitude. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, hardworking, and committed to creating clean, comfortable spaces for clients.
Seeking positions to fill in Rockwall, Garland, Plano, and Fort Worth.
Responsibilities:
- Brush, vacuum, and sweep rugs, carpets, floors, and upholstery
- Review cleaning specifications for each residence
- Travel to residences to perform a variety of home cleaning duties in a timely and professional manner
- Wipe all surfaces and blinds
- Clean windows, kitchen, restrooms, sinks, mirrors, toilets, tubs, and vanities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas following company checklists.
- Remove trash, replace liners, and maintain cleanliness throughout the home.
- Clean baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans, vents, and interior windows as needed,
- Scrub showers, tubs, sinks, and tile to ensure a high standard of sanitation.
- Clean inside appliances (stove, fridge, microwave, etc) for deep clean appointments.
- Greet clients professionally and address any concerns with kindness and clarity.
- Provide updates or recommendations regarding cleaning Neds or maintenance issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients' homes and belongings.
- Follow cleaning checklists to ensure consistency and thoroughness.
- Manage time effectively to complete jobs within the scheduled window.
- Report supply shortages, equipment issues, or home access problems quickly.
- Arrive on time, in uniform, with all necessary supplies and equipment.
- Use cleaning products safely and according to instructions.
- Follow company policies regarding conduct, safety, and client interaction.
- Collaborate with fellow cleaners and management to complete jobs efficiently.
- Support team members as needed for large homes or special projects.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Preference for house cleaners with 1+ years experience, but not required
- We require the ability to lift 20 or more pounds, standing and bending for extended periods of time, and strenuous labor regularly
- Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification
- Applicant must have valid driver’s license
