The Role: - As a Lead Recruiter, you will balance your proven ability to build and run a desk with the development and growth of a team below you, while leading that team to meet and exceed their targets as well.
- You will be developing new business opportunities and cross-selling opportunities across our specialisms and locations.
- You will be implementing effective approaches and sales techniques to generate new business relationships and manage each process efficiently.
- You will lead by example by expertly identifying and approaching candidates, both active and passive, and manage the process from initial conversation to closing the candidate on offers.
- You will be establishing a network of both candidates and clients in the market to create long-lasting relationships and generate other business opportunities.
About You
- You have experience working in a recruitment/staffing agency
- Proven experience with generating new business, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, candidate management, negotiations, and closing deals.
- You enjoy working in a close-knit team, have a positive mindset, and have a work hard play hard mentality.
