Job Posting: Live-In Household Assistant/Nanny – Albuquerque, NM

A warm and welcoming family in Los Ranchos de Albuquerque is seeking a full-time live-in or live-out nanny to support their energetic 3-year-old son. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, proactive, and ready to become part of the family. Bilingual candidates (Hindi or Spanish) are highly encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$30/hour depending on experience
• Paid via payroll
• Guaranteed 40 hours a week
• 2 weeks paid vacation (1 chosen by the family, 1 by the nanny)
• 3–5 personal/sick days
• All major holidays off and paid
• Healthcare stipend
• Comfortable live-in accommodations provided in a detached guest house

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 6:00–8:00 AM & 4:30–8:30 PM
• One weekend day per week - 10 hours
• Live-in accommodations provided in a private detached guest house

Responsibilities

• Help with morning routine and accompany dad on daycare drop-off
• Provide afternoon/evening care: engaging play, dinner, bath/bedtime routine
• Household support: laundry, light tidying, dishes, organizing
• Grocery shopping, errands, and meal preparation
• Assist with household returns and occasional projects

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• Must be at least 18 years old too apply
• Comfortable running errands and grocery shopping
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
• Previous childcare experience with toddlers
• Warm, family-oriented personality; fun yet disciplined approach
• Bilingual in Hindi or Spanish a plus (not required)
