Job Title: FPGA Engineer (Secret Clearance) Job Description We are seeking a skilled FPGA Engineer with a Secret Clearance to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and optimizing firmware for FPGAs, focusing on advanced algorithms for real-time data processing. Responsibilities + Develop and optimize firmware for FPGAs, executing advanced algorithms for real-time data processing. + Design and optimize processing and firmware architectures. + Write and optimize HDL code for FPGAs. + Verify and validate FPGA designs. + Support software, firmware, FPGA, and hardware integration. + Collaborate with multiple programs and departments or business units. Essential Skills + Proficiency in FPGA development. + Experience with Xilinx and VHDL. + Background in image processing. + Experience with KU060 and Versal. + Ability to work with BSP. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited institution. + At least 2 years of experience in developing firmware for embedded applications. + Experience in developing and executing tests to validate system functionality. + 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent education and experience. + Experience integrating and testing firmware/FPGA designs with hardware and software. + Active U.S. Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). + Experience with real-time software and firmware design for digital communications or signal processing algorithms. + Proficiency in HDL coding for Xilinx FPGAs using Vivado. + Experience with Autocoding from Simulink. + Cybersecurity experience. Work Environment The position is onsite in Huntington Beach, CA. The role requires collaboration with various technologies and integration with hardware and software systems. **THIS ROLE IS OFFERING $1,000/WEEK IN RELOCATION ASSISTANCE, NON-TAXED, ON TOP OF YOUR SALARY** Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
