Lead Food Safety & Quality at the #1 Natural Jerky Brand – Join Archer Meat Snacks as Our Sr. FSQA Manager!

Are you a proven Food Safety & Quality leader ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast-growing, high-performance food manufacturing environment? Archer Meat Snacks , the #1 jerky brand in the Natural and Specialty Channel, is looking for an experienced and driven FSQA Manager to lead and elevate our food safety and quality programs in Vernon, CA . With a competitive pay range of $110,000 to $135,000, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

In this critical role, you'll take ownership of building and managing best-in-class FSQA systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and third-party partners, to ensure we consistently deliver safe, high-quality products that meet regulatory, customer, and certification standards.

You'll also serve as the SQF Practitioner and HACCP Coordinator, leading audits, training teams, analyzing data, and driving continuous improvement. Your leadership will directly influence the success of our quality culture and product excellence as we continue to expand.

What You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of FSQA leadership experience in USDA/FDA-regulated food or beverage facilities (meat processing experience preferred).
• Hands-on expertise in HACCP, FDA FSMA, SQF/BRC, Allergen Management, and third-party certification programs.
• A proven track record of collaborating with regulatory agencies and internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues and strengthen compliance.
• Current HACCP and/or FSMA PCQI certifications.
